If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return them unused and in its original packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods. You will receive a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of any products which have been made to the customer's personal specifications.
When returning goods, please enclose details of your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. A courier collection may be arranged at a cost of £15 per parcel for mainland UK Zone 1. If you miss the collection there is a charge of £15 per parcel per collection missed.
If possible please also email email@example.com to alert our customer service team that you have returned your order.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement upon receipt, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please be advised that when returning goods from outside of the UK your refund will exclude the delivery charge.
If for any reason your item becomes faulty within six months of your purchase date please email a picture of the fault along with your name and order number Customerserivce@hamiltonturnberry.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss your options i.e. repair/exchange.
Please note that the warranty is only applicable to the person who bought the item. If you have purchased a second hand product it is not covered by our warranty. We will not accept any responsiblity for second hand items..

We try to process returns as quickly as possible; however this can take up to 14 days during sale periods.

Deliveries to the UK Monday to Friday are free (excluding bank holidays). If you would like a Saturday delivery then the cost is £7. Please be advised that if an order is placed Thursday before 12noon then we will deliver Saturday. If it is placed after this time then delivery will be the following saturday.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of recieving them. Once dispatched they will be delivered the next working day. You will reiceve a tracking email when your parcel is dispatched. If you do not reiceved your parcel on the day advised then please contact the local delivery depot. Details can be found when you track your parcel
Please make sure you select the correct country in the delivery options. If the incorrect country is selected then your order will be cancelled and refunded. The Transit time is approx 3 to 7 working days. You will recieve an email when your parcel is dispatched with your tracking details.
